What payment methods do you accept?

The most convenient way is to pay online as you book, then you don't need to bring anything with you but we also accept Credit/Debit card payments and cash.

Is parking available?

Yes, you will be able to park on the drive at the front of the property. There is also plenty of available free street parking too.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

To cancel a booking please give us at least 48 hours notice. If you need to re-arrange please give us at least 24 hours notice. In case of emergency please call John on 07568168250 and we will do our best to help. 
Please note a refund cannot be given if you fail to disclose any pre-exisiting conditions for which you are under the care of a medical practitioner, without prior approval and a proof of approval e.g. a Dr's letter. 
Please note a refund cannot be given if you fail to leave at least 72 Hours after sustaining a new injury and receiving treatment.

I just want a sports massage, can I book?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You do not need to be suffering any injury or discomfort to benefit from a sports massage. A sports massage is as much a preventative measure from injury as it is a great injury recovery tool too.
