
I know it has been far too long since I have written a blog and there has been many exciting changes to JB Sports Recovery. The biggest of which is the inclusion of the Strength and Conditioning packages.
The Gold S&C package is an all-inclusive deal, including an in-depth training plan which incorporates everything from the strength training sessions with myself and for example, if you are a cyclist training for an event, there will be a plan of cycling training sessions to be completed in your own time.
As well as all the S&C work you also have two, one hour Sports Massage sessions included in the price. This is because I am a strong believer that proper recovery is just as important as proper training.
So, who is this for? Absolutely anybody, I want to help you to perform in your chosen sport or activity. Anything from archers to runners. I am not a bodybuilding coach or trainer and in reality, I have little interest in just making people bigger. If that’s your thing, fair enough but I would advise seeking a bodybuilding specialist. I am much more interested in helping sportsmen and women perform in their activity of choice.

What kit will you be using during your sessions?
I’ve invested in what I believe to be some of the best strength training equipment on the market. That includes both a 20KG and a 15KG Rouge Fitness barbells, International Weightlifting Federation grade Rouge weight plates. As well as a range of Kettlebells and Dumbbells. I also have a Wolverson Fitness single pulley machine which is a fantastic piece of equipment which is incredibly versatile allowing lots of adaptions to your training. I also have a state of the art Wattbike to put you through your paces on.
So in other words, everything you need to be able to get faster, stronger, more explosive and ready to achieve your goals.
