I know it has been far too long since I've written a blog. There have been many exciting changes at JB Sports Recovery. The biggest change is the addition of our Strength and Conditioning packages.
Introducing the Gold S&C Package
The Gold S&C package is an all-inclusive deal. It features an in-depth training plan that covers everything. This includes strength training sessions with me. For example, if you are a cyclist preparing for an event, I will provide a tailored plan of cycling training sessions for you to complete in your own time.
Additionally, the package includes two one-hour Sports Massage sessions. I firmly believe that proper recovery is just as important as effective training. Recovery helps you perform at your best, making these sessions invaluable.

I’ve invested in some of the best strength training equipment on the market. This includes both a 20KG and a 15KG Rouge Fitness barbell, along with International Weightlifting Federation grade Rouge weight plates.
You will also find a variety of kettlebells and dumbbells in our facility. Moreover, I have a Wolverson Fitness single pulley machine which is incredibly versatile. This equipment allows for numerous adaptations to suit your training needs.

Additionally, I provide access to a state-of-the-art Wattbike to put you through your paces. This unique setup means that you have everything needed to become faster, stronger, and more explosive. You are on the path to achieving your goals.
