TIMMBBEERRR – an update on the build

A few short weeks later and the roof is well under way, the rafters are all fitted with some lovely exposed beams, openings for the Velux windows prepared and seemingly ready to be insulated, boarded then tiled.

As much as it will be great to be watertight in the next few weeks there is still a long way to go. All of the electrics need to be wired up, plastered, cloak room kitted out and probably a thousand other jobs.

But the important message is that progress is ticking a long nicely and hopefully it won’t be, in the grand scheme of things, much longer until it’s fully up and running.
