Resilient Runner isn’t just a running plan – it’s a fully customised injury aware, performance-led coaching and recovery programme designed to build a body that can handle running long-term. With in-person strength training and recovery built in.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking please give us at least 48 Hours notice. To re-arrange please give us at least 24 Hours notice. In case of emergency please call John on 07568168250 and we will do our best to help. Please note a refund cannot be given if you fail to disclose any pre-exisiting conditions for which you are under the care of a medical practitioner, without prior approval and a proof of approval E.G. a Dr's letter. Please note a refund cannot be given if you fail to leave 72 Hours after sustaining a new injury.
